Biography

Brian Robison is a 35-year veteran of the design, development, construction and operation of mixed use, retail and attraction facilities across the US. A licensed Power Engineer who began his career in Indianapolis, IN with Simon Property Group, Brian has spent much of his career in major metropolitan areas developing both retail centers and attractions in locations such as Orlando, FL, Seattle, WA and Las Vegas, NV. Brian’s vision, development, management and marketing expertise and unique ability to develop strength in human capital have contributed to the success of venues such as Florida Mall, Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Museums (Orlando, St. Augustine and Key West), The IMAX Corporation, MoPop (Seattle’s Museum of Pop Culture developed by Paul Allen), Mall of America, The Forum Shops at Caesars and Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, including the successful strategy for the long-term operation of the only AZA accredited aquarium in the State of Nevada, Shark Reef Aquarium. Brian is an International Council of Shopping Centers Certified Retail Real Estate Professional and Certified Shopping Center Manager as well as a licensed residential and commercial real estate agent. First appointed to State service in January of 2020, Brian currently serves as a Business Manager for the Department of Transportation.
