Ashlyn Gray is the director of graduate business & finance in the Graduate College at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she brings over 18 years of experience in higher education administration and financial operations. She oversees a diverse portfolio of financial accounts and provides strategic leadership in financial planning, reporting, and compliance. Prior to her current role, she served as associate director of graduate financial services, where she managed a $25 million graduate assistantship budget and enhanced funding operations across campus, and as program manager for the UNLV CARE Center, where she led student advocacy initiatives and developed prevention education programs. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Sierra Nevada College and is a Certified Victim Advocate in the State of Nevada. Ashlyn is passionate about creating efficient, student-centered systems and fostering collaboration across the campus community.
