Anthony Cano is from Las Vegas, NV. He is a proud first-generation college graduate that earned a bachelor’s degree in secondary education from UNLV and a master’s degree in student affairs administration from Michigan State University. As an alumnus of both TRIO programs and the Ronald E. McNair Scholars Program, Cano developed a deep passion for institutional equity and dismantling systemic barriers for historically underrepresented students. In his spare time, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends, catching up on TV shows, and traveling the world as much as possible.
