Anna Toma is originally from the Czech Republic. She graduated high school in Las Vegas and received her undergraduate degree in social work from UNLV. After working a couple of years in the social work field, Anna decided to pursue her further studies in linguistics. This has taken her on many adventures around the world. After meeting her husband in Romania, they relocated back to Las Vegas. Anna spent 5 years working in the Office of the Registrar and is excited to work more closely with students as an Academic Advisor with the College of Urban Affairs.
