Anja's expertise lies in consultative private event sales, relationship-building, and strategic prospecting to drive revenue growth through premium event and hospitality offerings.

What Inspired You to Join the Board

 As a Las Vegas native and UNLV graduate, I was inspired to join the Alumni Association Board to stay connected and actively involved with the Lee Business School. I greatly value education and take pride in being part of the UNLV community, where I can contribute to its growth, support fellow alumni, and help foster opportunities for future business leaders.

What Goals or Initiatives Are You Most Passionate About?

I'm passionate about developing a mentorship program that connects current students with industry professionals to help bridge the gap between academia and the workforce. I believe mentorship is a powerful tool in shaping future business leaders, and I’m excited to help create a program that fosters growth, confidence, and career readiness.

My advice is to always be authentic - It’s easy to get caught up in trying to fit a certain mold, but being true to yourself builds trust and respect. Embrace your unique qualities, perspectives, and strengths.
