Biography

Amelia Evans is a licensed psychologist in Colorado and Nevada, dedicated to supporting student-athletes as they navigate their academic and athletic experiences. She approaches each individual with curiosity, respect, and a genuine commitment to understanding their story. Whether a client is facing athletic concerns, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or deeper emotional pain, Evans strives to create a therapeutic environment that feels safe, collaborative, and empowering.

At the heart of her work is a simple but powerful belief: Every person deserves the opportunity to heal, grow, and move toward a life that feels more connected and whole.

As a former Division I athlete herself, Evans has been trained to help student-athletes navigate the unique complexities that come with being a collegiate student-athlete. She completed her B.S. in Psychology in 2016 and her M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2018 from Gonzaga University. She went on to earn her M.A. in Counseling Psychology in 2020 and her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology in 2024 from Texas Tech University.
