Previously, as managing director at EY, she led AI Data & Analytics for PE clients and delivered an $8M spend reallocation strategy for KKR portfolio company while building a proprietary AI methodology that identified more than $50M in optimizations. As founder and CEO of Ambition Data, she achieved 6 years profitability with 30% YoY growth, doubled margins from 25% to 50%, and established data standards, KPIs and governance frameworks for Fortune 500 clients including Genentech, GSK, Intel, and Nike. She also co-founded iSyndicate, scaling to 230 employees with $72M Series F and IPO preparation, where she negotiated a complex international JV securing 50/50 equity from majority demand and structuring offshore IP protection.
