Alejandra Rodriguez is a mission-driven leader dedicated to building equitable and connected communities. With a background in psychology, nonprofit leadership, and civic engagement, she brings extensive experience in strategic partnerships, program development, and community impact. She currently serves as the executive director of GiGi’s Playhouse Las Vegas, where she works to expand inclusive programming and strengthen community partnerships that support individuals with Down syndrome and their families.

A candidate for a Master of Arts in Urban Leadership at UNLV, Rodriguez also serves as the director of engagement for the UNLV Latino Alumni Club, fostering collaboration and advancing meaningful change across southern Nevada.
