In 2008, Akshay founded Ziksana Consulting, a leadership development firm dedicated to combining experiential learning with the science of play. Since founding Ziksana, he has designed and facilitated Leadership Development Programs, Team Development Programs, Executive Retreats, Keynote Speeches, and Special Events for over 50 organizations across the country and world, including Dell, Microsoft, and Harvard Medical School. Akshay has also facilitated training programs for the Center for Creative Leadership, as well as the Academy for Organization Effectiveness. He is a certified stakeholder-centric coach, and has provided leadership and executive coaching to over 70 individuals in a variety of industries since 2013.
