MGM College Opportunity Program

The MGM College Opportunity Program is a partnership between MGM Resorts International and the Nevada System of Higher Education that focuses on workforce development through tuition assistance. The initiative helps employees develop skills to take on new challenges, increases satisfaction and engagement within the workplace and facilitates career advancement.

Foster Youth Initiative

Engaging and empowering foster youth through a partnership between Clark County Department of Family Services, MGM Resorts International and the UNLV Greenspun College of Urban Affairs to understand the importance of adaptability, stability and non-linear career pathways.

The initiative focuses on several key areas that are designed to enhance opportunities and overall wellness:
