Description

Introductory course which examines the different types of events and the global economic impact of these events. This course explores the changing role of Destination Management Organizations in the hospitality industry as well as investigates: site selection, food and beverage operations, legal issues, risk management, event technology and sustainability

HMD 101 with minimum of C grade
