Survey of trauma-informed evidence-based treatment. Emphasis on theoretical frameworks, history of traumatology, and impacts at the individual, family, and community levels. Assessment knowledge and skills differentiating between post-traumatic and pathological adaptations.Prerequisites
Graduate standing and admission to the Social Work MSW Program.
