Description

Combination lecture and seminar course covering laws and policies related to health care, food, and nutrition, including, but not limited to, advertising, labeling, food assistance, and biotechnology. The role of federal and state regulations and agencies in these areas is also covered. Prerequisite: NUTR 370. 3 credits.
