Description

Conceptual material on project management techniques. Planning, organizing and controlling of projects in manufacturing and service organizations. Includes project management process, project scheduling, project resource management, schedule duration risk analysis and management of project.

Prerequisites

Admission to a graduate program in MIS or consent of the Director of MIS Graduat

Webcam and microphone are required.
Students will be required to purchase several Harvard Business Case studies and utilize a personal computing device, such as a laptop or desktop computer, as part of this course.
