(Same as EDA 745 and BUS 745.) Provides students with knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to undertake leadership responsibilities in complex organizations.Applies concepts and methodologies from social and behavioral sciences in the analysis of leadership behavior in diverse organizational and community settings.
