Description
Analysis and interpretation of internal and external hospitality financial and operating reports central to business operations and managerial decision-making. Topics include: financial statement interpretation, ratio analysis, cost-volume-profit analysis, operating and capital budgets, forecasting, and time value of money. Concepts will be applied using Excel.Prerequisites
Hospitality Management major and minimum of a C grade in HMD 200 and HMD
