Description
Best practices in purchasing management and cost (variable and fixed) control within the hospitality industry. Factors including sourcing, purchasing, receiving and storing procedures along with cost-based forecasting are examined. Focusing on optimizing profits, examination of: types of costs, factors that impact cost management, and analytical methods to control costs.Prerequisites
