Description

Follows the migration of zero-proof beverages to the U.S. Explores zero-proof beverage choices and related habits of various cultural/ethnic and religious groups. Studies zero-proof beverage production, pricing, service methods, sensory characteristics, health claims, and pricing considerations. Examines the effects of zero-proof beverage consumption on the health of humans and the planet.
