Description
The study of wireless systems including cellular telephone systems, wireless local area networks and other wireless data services. Topics include digital modulation techniques, frequency reuse, diversity techniques, multiple access schemes and channel modeling including path loss, shadowing, fading and multipath interference. This course is crosslisted with ECG 666. Credit at the 600-level requires additional work.Prerequisites
