Description

(Formerly ICS 330) Develops prospective teachers' understanding of effective classroom management techniques and management programs. Students develop, examine and evaluate a teaching rationale, philosophy, management style and learning style. Topics include school and classroom climates and motivation. Students construct their management scheme and explore problem solving, effective communication and conflict resolution.
