Addresses and develops awareness, knowledge, and skills for counseling with diverse clients. Emphasizes multicultural and social justice and advocacy in counseling with minorized and oppressed clients. Topics include culture, ethnicity, nationality, age, gender, sexual orientation, mental and physical abilities, education, family dynamics, and socioeconomic status.
