Description
Explores the cultures of Native American groups living in the Southwestern United States. Examines tribal relationships with landscapes, other tribal groups, and non-Native peoples. Native American beliefs, social organization, and history are explored, as are some current conflicts and challenges faced by tribal members. This course is crosslisted with ANTH 400C. Credit at the 600-level requires additional work.Prerequisites
