Description

(Same as WMST 403.) Examines non-western societal forces that shape the way men and women conceptualize the opposite sex. Looks at what constitutes gender in public and private displays of thought, refection, and action. Explores contemporary non-western cultures to highlight men and women's interaction around the globe.
