Description

Introduction to law and the court system; introduction to torts; contracts and sales; real and personal property. This course is crosslisted with ACC 473. Credit at the 600-level requires additional work.

In addition to materials listed at the bookstore, this course requires the use of an electronic device (e.g., desktop or laptop computer) that includes a web camera and is compatible with Lockdown Browser & Respondus
Monitor Software. (Chromebooks do NOT meet this requirement.)
This course will be taught concurrently with undergraduate course ACC 473.
This is an asynchronous web class with occasional on or off campus meetings. See the class schedule for specific meeting dates and times.
The class will meet in person during the first week only. That attendance is mandatory, and failure to attend the single in person session can result in removal from the course
