New Cohort Starting Fall 2026!

Are you ready to connect, grow, and thrive? The UNLV Women's Council is excited to announce its Fall 2026 - Spring 2027 Mentorship Program cohort. The program is designed to bring women across campus together, foster a sense of belonging, and build a supportive community where women can uplift and empower one another.

What to Expect

Participants will engage in Lean In Circles, which are small, topic-focused groups led by one or two Circle Leaders. These groups are centered on real experiences, such as making the transition from corporate life to higher education; being a mother at work; and more. Circle Leaders will be given access to a library of resources/discussion topics to utilize in their group meetings.

Whether you want to be a Circle Leader or a Participant, we want you to be part of this empowering journey! Please complete this sign up form. The priority sign up deadline is August 28, 2026. Please note that Circle Leaders will meet at the start of the Fall semester for program training and resources overview.

Kickoff Event & Circle Sign-Ups

Circle Leaders and Participants: Please join us on Tuesday, September 22 from 12-1:30pm in RLL 101 for our kickoff event. Snacks and drinks will be provided.

Rest assured: If you are still interested in joining Lean In Circles but did not complete the sign up form by August 28, you will still be able to sign up for the program directly at the event.

Program Commitment

Six events total:

• 1 Kick-off Event: September, 22 2026
• 4 Virtual Group Meetings: October 2026 - March 2027
• 1 Closing Celebration: April 2027
