What:

The Women's Council Lean In Circles Program is a peer-led leadership and mentorship initiative designed to connect and empower women across UNLV. Based on the internationally recognized Lean In model, it combines a world-class leadership curriculum with the power of camaraderie and community, all at no cost to participants! Lean In Circles build skills, foster belonging, and offer professional growth opportunities, leaving participants more confident and connected as well as better supported and equipped to act as leaders.

Time Commitment:

  • Monthly 60-Minute Virtual Group Meetings (October 2025 through March 2026)

    • December 2025 and January 2026 meetings may be skipped, depending on schedules

  • Closing Celebration (April 2026) 

How to Join:

The Lean In Circles Program is currently closed for the 2025-2026 academic year. Please check the website or look for communication from the Women's Council toward the end of Spring 2026 for the launch of the 2026-2027 program.
