The UNLV School of Architecture congratulates alumnus Daniel Joseph Chenin, FAIA, founder and principal of Las Vegas–based Daniel Joseph Chenin, Ltd., on being recognized by Forbes in two of its 2026 residential architecture lists:

America’s Top 200 Residential Architects 2026
America’s Best-in-State Residential Architects 2026 – Nevada

The annual Forbes architecture lists recognize residential practices from across the country, with firms evaluated through the publication’s Architecture System of Evaluation and a regionally diverse advisory board. The methodology places particular emphasis on architecture that responds to its local environment, culture, resources, and craftsmanship.

Chenin earned his undergraduate degree from UNLV in 2002 and returned to complete his graduate studies in 2005. His international practice is recognized for an integrated approach to architecture, interiors, and landscape, with work rooted in the relationship between design, place, material, and environment.
