Departments looking to fill student employee jobs are invited to participate in the Student Employment Fair on Aug. 21. The fair gives departments an opportunity to meet students face to face, share available part-time jobs, and build connections with potential student employees across a variety of academic backgrounds. 

Last year’s fair drew more than 700 incoming first-year and transfer students seeking employment opportunities. See details below.

Student Employment Fair

• Date: Friday, Aug. 21
• Time: Noon-2 p.m.
• Location: Student Union, second floor, Room 208

The event is free and departments can register through Handshake. Space is limited.

Each registered department will receive a table. Departments are encouraged to bring a branded tablecloth and recruiting materials to help showcase their opportunities to students. 

Departments with available student positions should post them in Handshake so students can easily find and apply for opportunities.
