The course will cover hazardous chemicals in the lab, their physical and health risks, and measures employees can take to protect themselves.

To register for a training session:

1. Visit the Online Safety Training Systems webpage.
2. Click CHIMERA Safety Training.
3. Log in to CHIMERA using your ACE ID.
4. Click Your Modules in the left panel. (If panel is collapsed, the button may appear to be a square made up for four smaller squares).
5. Click "Safety Training Module"
6. Click "Learning Hub"
7. Click "Available Learning Tracks"
8. Using the search bar, search "Chemical Hygiene Awareness Training"
9. Click "Start Training"
10. Click "View Sessions"
11. Select a session, click "Enroll"
12. Read the session notes, click "Yes, enroll me"
