This course covers the technical setup behind creating 15 cross-functional, event-based, time-banded reports and shows how they come together in the NSHE Monitor Dashboard. It demonstrates how the dashboard can support customer service. This presentation will teach you how to:
- Customize matrix reports from the action event data source
- Configure specific business process types, status, and defaults
- Create nested calculated fields to increase usability
- Refine detailed data so users can drill into problem areas
- Calculate range periods
- Customize a dashboard
