Managing your pay is now more flexible in Workday. You can split your direct deposit using percentages, in addition to fixed dollar amounts. This enhancement enables you to mix and match dollar amounts and percentages to better align with your financial needs, ensuring your pay is distributed exactly where you want it.

Whether you prefer setting aside a consistent percentage for savings or combining multiple accounts with different distribution methods, this new option gives you greater control over how your pay is deposited.
