The Graduate Financial Services (GFS) team is currently processing Graduate Assistant (GA) appointments for Summer 2026, Fall 2026, and Spring 2027 for all departments. All GA appointments are due by May 15. 

Students must submit one general application per academic year, available in Grad Rebel Gateway. Once submitted, GFS handles hiring in Workday, applies tuition and health insurance waivers, and provides onboarding modules through Canvas.
