All Period Activity Pay should be routed to HR for review by July 17. Please note the following:

• Activity dates and payment dates should match
• Please utilize the template for comments: “Class name/number, number of credits, per credit rate, total amount”
• For late entries, please reference the PAP Rows for Delayed Entries Training in RebelPeople

If the employee will be working remotely (out of state), the remote I-9 process must be requested as soon as possible (as per previous guidance, July 10th deadline).  For instructions, please contact Jared Nitz.
