Early bird registration for the 2026 Western Association of College and University Business Officers (WACUBO) Annual Conference ends Feb. 27, and UNLV employees are encouraged to register soon to take advantage of early bird pricing.

The 2026 WACUBO Annual Conference will take place May 3 to 6 at the Red Rock Casino, Resort and Spa in Las Vegas. As the host institution, UNLV is proud to welcome higher education business officers from across the region for professional learning, collaboration, and connection.

This year’s theme, “Winning Strategies,” highlights organizational resilience and professional growth, with sessions focused on leadership, human resources, AI in higher education, and innovation and financial strategy.

Attendees will also have opportunities to connect with peers through networking events, including a Sunday evening opening reception at the Mob Museum, and a Tuesday night game and a private gathering with the Las Vegas Aviators.

UNLV holds an institutional membership with WACUBO, which provides access to WACUBO resources and discounted conference registration pricing. After Feb. 27, registration rates will increase, but UNLV employees will still receive a reduced member rate compared to non-members.
