Registration for the spring 2026 cohort of the Administrative Assistant Academy (AAA) will open March 2. 

AAA is an eight-week program designed to teach skills related to technical, professional and administrative responsibilities. 

The program is divided into two learning paths: 

  • Learning Path I: Administrative Assistant I or Administrative Assistant II
  • Learning Path II: Administrative Assistant III or Administrative Assistant IV

Training sessions include a combination of in-person seminars, interactive time with colleagues, webinars, and self-paced modules taught by subject matter experts and peers.

To participate in the program, administrative assistants must obtain approval from their supervisor and dedicate at least three hours per week over eight weeks. 

Space is limited and provided on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are interested in participating, fill out the AAA Interest Form. Once completed, you will receive information on how to register in REBELearn.
