Rate changes for two Telecommunications services took effect on July 1. Please see below for details:

• Long-distance fee
  • Customers will no longer be charged for long-distance calls.
• Monthly fee for unique telephone extensions
  •  New rate: $19/month
    • The rate increase was necessary due to increased operational costs. We know that price increases can be an inconvenience, and appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide quality service to the campus community. 

The following fees will remain the same:

• Emergency support fee: $10/month
  • This fee supports emergency phones and emergency mass notification software, maintenance, and support.
• International calling charge: $1.50/minute
