UNLV invites real estate industry professionals to attend a listening session to provide input on the future development of approximately 42 acres of university-owned land located near the northeast corner of Tropicana Avenue and Koval Lane, west of UNLV's Maryland Campus. These sessions are an opportunity to engage with UNLV as we begin shaping a long-term real estate development vision for the property, for a Request for Proposal (RFP) that UNLV is planning to develop and release in 2026 to engage a developer for this property. Discussion topics will include:
- UNLV’s goals and priorities for the property
- Short- and long-term development considerations
- Real estate developer input and ideas
- Next steps in the property planning and development process
Please note that the property is subject to certain development reviews, codes, and requirements, including but not limited to Clark County Title 30 (including applicable Zoning Overlay Districts) and other items.
There are two opportunities to attend:
- Date: Thursday, March 26
- Time: 3 p.m.
- Location: Participants may join in-person on UNLV’s Maryland campus or virtually
