PEBP will host free vaccine clinics for participants enrolled in the Consumer Driven Health Plan (PPO), Low Deductible Plan (PPO), Health Plan of Nevada (HMO), EPO and Via Benefits with a Medicare Part D plan. Available vaccines include:

• Flu (2026-27) - participants five (5) years of age and older
• COVID (2026-27) - participants five (5) years of age and older
• RSV
• Shingles
• Pneumonia
• Tdap
• Hepatitis B

• Dates: Monday, Sept. 21 & Friday, Oct. 3
• Time: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
  • Please note the pharmacy staff will be on break from 12 -1 p.m.
• Location: Nevada Business Center, 4th Floor—Nevada Room
  • 3300 W. Sahara Ave. Las Vegas, NV 89102
• Parking: Parking is available in a parking garage behind the main building. Walk in the main entrance of the building and take the elevator to the 4th floor. The Nevada Room is directly across from the elevator. 

How It Works

• Participants must register in advance.
• Complete the consent form before arrival.
• Bring a photo  ID, insurance card, and wear a short sleeve shirt, if possible. 

Additional Vaccine Options

• Flu vaccines will also be available at the Faculty and Staff Treatment (FAST) Center beginning Oct. 5. Please call 702-895-3370 to make an appointment and ensure vaccines are available. The FAST Center is able to bill UNLV employee health insurance plans for flu vaccination.  Please bring your insurance card with you and wear a short sleeve shirt.  
• Flu shots and other preventative care wellness vaccines are available free of charge at pharmacies including CVS, Albertsons, and Walgreens with the PEBP insurance card. Call ahead to make an appointment and confirm vaccine availability and cost.
