The Spring 2027 housing application is available starting October 1, 2026 for students not currently living on-campus already or incoming Rebels. To complete the application, you will need to log into the Housing Portal using your ACE ID credentials and find the "Spring 2027 ONLY" application.

Once you have successfully submitted your application, continue to check your RebelMail to ensure you receive important updates regarding your housing status, assignment information, important deadlines, and move-in details as it becomes available.

Please note, you must be an admitted UNLV student for Fall 2027 to apply.

Current residents for the Fall 2026 - Spring 2027 year DO NOT need to complete this application. Current residents will participate in priority room selection during Spring 2027.
