Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) for U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) from immediately terminating public health grants appropriated by congress to fund various public health programs. These programs include tracking infectious diseases, ensuring access to immunizations, fortifying emergency preparedness, providing mental health and substance abuse services, and modernizing critical public health infrastructure.
