A federal court issued a preliminary injunction prohibiting specific actions of Executive Orders 14187 and 14168. This injunction prevents federal agencies from withholding funds from organizations that provide gender affirming care or from implementing requirements contained in Sections 3(e) and 3(g) of Executive Order 14,168, Defending Women from Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government.
