2026 Interdisciplinary Research Symposium Program
Oct. 20, 2026

The program for the 2026 Interdisciplinary Research Symposium is now out.

Join the Division of Research on Monday, Nov. 9, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. for a day celebrating “Where collaboration fuels discovery.”  Use this submission form to register.

Choose from six capacity-building sessions — including three geared toward technology — and explore 45 research posters spanning a wide range of topics. Six posters will take the spotlight in the popular Quickfire session.

Provost Lakshmi Reddi will talk about his passion for interdisciplinary research, plus there will be an announcement about the Faculty Opportunity Awards.

Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are all included, along with plenty of time to connect with faculty and staff across disciplines. Team members from all five of the Division of Research’s offices will be there too.

The annual Interdisciplinary Research Symposium was created to discover new approaches to research, creative activity, and scholarship while building the skills and partnerships to pursue collaborative funding opportunities.
