Paula Ramirez (graduate student; Czerwinski group) was selected as a recipient of the 2026 North American Young Generation in Nuclear (NAYGN) Student Scholarship to attend the 2026 NAYGN Continental Conference, which will be held May 11-14, 2026, in Atlanta, Georgia. The conference brings together students, early-career professionals, and industry leaders from across North America to discuss advancements in nuclear energy, innovation, policy, and professional development. The event features keynote speakers, technical workshops, networking opportunities, and an exhibit hall highlighting emerging technologies and organizations shaping the future of the nuclear industry. The student scholarship supports attendance and provides additional programming focused on advanced nuclear technologies, career pathways, and engagement with industry experts.
