Savannah River Environmental Sciences Field Station
Feb. 10, 2023

The University of South Carolina Aiken, South Carolina State University, and the Savannah River National Laboratory (SRNL) offer a course-based internship designed to increase recruitment and retention of MSI students in Science, Engineering, and Cybersecurity and to introduce the participants to the work environment of a National Laboratory.

The program is sponsored by the U.S. Department of Energy's Minority Serving Institutions Partnership Program (MSIPP) and is open to students who are enrolled full-time at a Minority Serving Institution, are majoring in a STEM discipline, and are U.S. citizens.

The 2-month program offers travel, accommodations, a monthly stipend, coursework, and integrated activities with SRNL.

I am attaching flyers that give a brief description of the Program's three tracks - Environmental Science, Engineering, and Cybersecurity.

The application website is now open and we are accepting applications through March 15, 2023.
