The new album Bohuslav Martinů: Chamber Music 1937–1945 (Brilliant Classics), featuring Ambroise Aubrun (violin) alongside Jocelyn Aubrun (flute) and Steven Vanhauwaert (piano), has been recognized with three of Europe's most prestigious classical-music distinctions:

• CHOC de Classica - the highest award of France's Classica magazine
• Five Stars in Musica, Italy's leading classical-music magazine, naming it among the recordings of the month
• "Disque du jour" (Disc of the Day) on France Musique, France's national classical radio station, which reaches more than one million listeners daily

The recording brings together three chamber works Martinů composed in exile, played, in the words of Classica, at "the summit of the discography."
