The 2026 Western Association of College and University Business Officers (WACUBO) annual conference is May 3-6 in Las Vegas, at the Red Rock Casino Resort Spa. WACUBO brings together higher education professionals from across the western region. UNLV is excited to be in the host city as Las Vegas serves as the backdrop for this important gathering.

This year’s theme, “Winning Strategies,” focuses on building resilience within our organizations and supporting personal growth. 

UNLV faculty and staff with insights, ideas, or expertise to share are encouraged to contribute to the conversation around the future of higher education by submitting a proposal for a concurrent session. 

Session proposals are due by August 15. All selected presenters will be notified by early November. Please note that conference registration is required for all presenters.
