Stop the spread of COVID-19 by frequently washing your hands.
According to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), handwashing and hand hygiene are the best ways to prevent the spread of germs.
Proper handwashing technique includes:

- Washing your hands for at least 20 seconds (or sing "Happy Birthday" twice)
- Rinsing your hands in a downward motion
- Washing after you cough, sneeze, or use the restroom and after touching any surfaces or door handles
