Zachary Billot is currently a junior majoring in Political Science at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. He is a part of the Honors College at UNLV and plans to complete minors in Brookings Public Policy and Solar & Renewable Energy Policy. Zach serves as a CSUN Senator for the College of Liberal Arts and is also on the CSUN University Initiatives Committee where he advocates for various student rights. Zach is passionate about international politics dating from his involvement in Model United Nations, where he won multiple awards and served as Secretary General for the State’s regional Competition. He also spends his time volunteering with Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth to prioritize youth housing insecurity in Las Vegas.
Zachary Billot is a contributing researcher and co-author to the Data Hub, a collaborative initiative between Brookings Mountain West and The Lincy Institute, which provides web-based access to timely data and information related to the Las Vegas metropolitan statistical area, the State of Nevada, the Mountain West region, and beyond.
