Victoria Umphress is an assurance partner with RSM US LLP, the leading provider of assurance, tax and consulting services to the middle market globally, and works with clients in the financial institutions, real estate and nonprofit industries. She has served as the assurance services leader for RSM's Las Vegas office and has significant roles in the firm's Audit Quality and Risk Management group, including leading internal inspections. She has worked extensively with SEC reporting companies and has significant experience in auditing internal control over financial reporting, including SOX 404B and FDICIA engagements.

Vicki is active in RSM's Culture, Diversity and Inclusion (CDI) programs, currently serving on the firm's national CDI Assurance Inclusion Committee and as executive sponsor of the local Family First Employee Network Group (ENG), which fosters an inclusive and supportive culture for working families and caregivers - ”one that values and encourages different perspectives on issues important to families. She is also an active member of the firm's STAR (Stewardship. Teamwork. Advancement. Retention) ENG, which supports the advancement and retention of women by promoting advocacy and mentorship and providing professional development for RSM's women employees and allies.

Vicki holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles and is a licensed certified public accountant in Nevada. She is a member of the AICPA and served on the Board of Directors of the Nevada Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada and a member of the Finance Council for the Archdiocese of Las Vegas.

Vicki is married to Neal Umphress, a graduate of UNLV's accounting program, and mom to two children.
