Biography

Tim Schultz started his professional career working as a Revenue Agent for the Internal Revenue Service where he audited partnerships and corporations. He then worked four years for the Nevada Gaming Control Board as an Audit Division agent. Mr. Schultz audited revenue and compliance for table games, slots, race and sports books, keno, bingo, and cage and credit activities. He then transferred to the Enforcement Division of the Nevada Gaming Control Board as a Special Agent. There he worked the next 14 years conducting criminal and regulatory investigations involving Nevada Casinos, as well as live horse racing in Northern Nevada. He next worked ten years for the Clark County District Attorney’s office as a Forensic Legal Auditor. In this capacity he investigated and testified to multiple financial and gaming crimes. Tim Schultz has been practicing public accounting in Nevada for the last several years where he has conducted financial statements audits and internal control compliance. He has earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
