Morgan Starnes is in her second year of the Lee Business School's Master of Business Administration (MBA) program. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Oregon in 2016. Upon entering the working world, she began working in social media and event management for a local public relations firm and had since transitioned to a broader role as a marketing manager for a local business, continuing to grow professionally while pursuing her MBA at UNLV. UNLV's network of alumni and community members is one of the reasons she decided to become a Grad Rebel. As a mentee, she looks forward to the opportunity to strengthen her knowledge and skills as an MBA student, while serving as a representative of UNLV within the Las Vegas business community. As she continues to develop as a business professional, she remains optimistic about what the future has in store. It is her goal to become entrenched as a transformational leader within the Las Vegas business community and give back to the people and places that gave her the tools to reach both personal and professional success.
